Each parish/school/department of the Diocese of Springfield is required to post information from the Federal Government with regard to fair labor practices such as Federal and State minimum wage, Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH), Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
