The numbers here are just guidelines. If you feel your child uses more than what is asked for, please pick the supplies up while you can still get the supplies on sale. Also, there may be some supplies that the teacher is purchasing that you may be billed for in the fall with the consumable book fees.

If you cannot find plastic folders, you may also purchase paper ones. Please just purchase a few more while the prices are cheaper as the paper folders do not hold up as well. 

We will be purchasing the yellow folders this year. Multiples of items can be brought in as needed.

Students can bring in items throughout the week.

·        We will be purchasing the yellow homework folders. For the blue and purple folders please get the plastic folders if possible; otherwise purchase more so they last throughout the year.

·        Papermate and Dixon yellow pencils are the best school pencils. They sharpen    well and the lead does not easily break.

·        Please put your child’s name on all items for their desk such as folders, composition notebooks, crayons, flashcards, scissors, markers, etc.

·        Items will be collected during the first week of school. Heavier items can be dropped off to the classroom or brought in a little at a time.

·        Pencil grips eraser tops or any fancy pencils will not be used in second grade.
