Dear Parents,
Welcome to a new year of Youth Ministry. Mrs. Jasak and I are looking forward to working with your children. This year both groups will meet on Wednesday afternoons: Grade 7 & 8 will meet from 2:30 – 4 in the Jordan room of the pastoral center, and grade 5 & 6 will meet from 3 – 4:00 in the Zachariah room.
Please take a moment to fill out the attached form and return it to either of us as soon as possible.
If you are able to help out, we would appreciate a $25 donation per participant to cover the cost of snacks and supplies. Like most organizations in the parish, youth ministry is self funded, and Mrs. Jasak and I usually provide what we need out of pocket. The High School group does a large amount of fundraising, but the bulk of funds raised go toward special events, trips and retreats. So, we would appreciate it if you could help out.
