The St. Stanislaus School Board consists of nine or more members who are approved by the principal and appointed by the Bishop through his authorized delegate, the Diocesan Superintendent of Schools. This board assists the principal by providing advice and counsel, particularly in the areas of Strategic Planning, Policy Formation, Financial Planning and Management, and Communications.

Board meetings are held monthly in the school cafeteria. These meetings are open to parents and other interested visitors. The board usually meets on the third Tuesday of each month. Please check the monthly calendar for dates and times.
