Catholic Schools Office

The Diocese of Springfield educates over 3,600 students in our
elementary schools and high schools.

We offer you a warm welcome to our website and invite you to learn more about Catholic schools in the Diocese of Springfield, Massachusetts wherein each offers a high quality rigorous academic program designed to meet the evolving educational needs of this century.
That program is interwoven with the teachings of our Catholic faith, participation in the liturgy and sacraments, the practice of meaningful traditions, and involvement in community service projects.
Our logo, “Some values never change,” reflects our enduring belief in an education wherein gospel values are integrated throughout our entire school program.  Students learn that faith, love, hope, peace, joy, justice, respect, mercy, sacrifice, compassion, commitment, service to others and the care of all creation are among essential elements that contribute to the well-being of personal and family life as well that of local and global communities.
Catholic school education has existed in this diocese since 1867 through the dedication and generosity of countless individuals.  They formed a legacy which we treasure, preserve and continue.
We, at the Catholic Schools Office, are honored to serve and collaborate with our school administrators to ensure that quality Catholic education remains our hallmark.
Peace and All Good Things!
