Administrative Assistant 
(Temporary full-time position)
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to support the daily needs of the parish.  Serving as the first point of contact for parishioners at the parish office,  the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal staff and external vendors, to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the parish office. Duties include scheduling a variety of activities, providing outstanding customer service to the public and internal staff, maintaining records, and data bases.  This position coordinates mailings, appropriate staffing for funeral liturgies, and handles incoming calls with a variety of requests.  Candidate should have a good understanding of the catholic faith and must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications include strong Excel and Word skills, minimum of a high school or equivalent diploma, minimum two years of prior experience as an administrative assistant.

Wellness Coordinator
The Diocese of Springfield has a newly created opportunity for a Wellness Coordinator who will coordinate all services and programs in a supportive and holistic environment for the retired priests.
We are seeking a RN, BSN preferred and MA licensure.  Two years of experience in community care/elder services is preferred.  Qualifications include knowledge of HIPPA requirements, Medicare and Medicaid and additional resources for the care of the retired priests.
Appreciation and support of the traditions and values of the Catholic Community  along with excellent communication skills are necessary,  and travel is required. This position is 20-25 hours per week, initially.

Our Lady of Peace Church, located in Turners Falls, is seeking an experienced janitor/custodian.
This part-time position averages 20-25 hours per week and is eligible for accruing sick leave in accordance with MA law. This position does not offer health or dental benefits.
