The Diocese of Springfield Schools, in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), 40 CFR Part 763, maintains a copy of the school’s asbestos management plan and is available in the principal’s office and in the School’s Administrative office.
