Jericho, the Bureau for Exceptional Children and Adults in Holyoke is sponsoring a free concert Saturday Oct. 12 from 4-7pm on its grounds at 537 Northampton St. in Holyoke. The concert features the popular British Invasion Band “Union Jack.” Formed in 1979, “Union Jack” takes us back to the days of the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Moody Blues, the Hollies, Gerry and the Pacemakers, the Kinks and more. Besides live music, food will be sold. In addition there will be a cash bar, and no outside alcohol. Bring your own chair/blanket and enjoy some of the 60’s best songs. Proceeds will benefit Jericho, a non profit organization which provides services that bring dignity and respect into the lives of those with disabilities in Western Massachusetts and the Diocese of Springfield.
